What we collect
When you submit a quote form, we collect the data you give us — name, email, county, and the description of your enquiry. We don't collect anything else from forms.
Like most websites, we collect basic technical analytics via Matomo (self-hosted at mana.ie/stats): pages visited, anonymised IP (last octet stripped), referrer, browser type, time on page. This is for traffic-quality understanding only; it isn't sold or shared.
What we do with form data
Form submissions are sent to (a) us, so we can route the enquiry, and (b) one or two dealers from our panel selected by your county and enquiry type. The dealer who responds may keep your contact details for follow-up; we ask them not to use them for marketing without your consent. If you'd like us to redact your enquiry from our records, email hello@forklifts.ie.
What we don't do
We don't sell email lists. We don't run remarketing pixels (no Facebook, Google, LinkedIn pixels). We don't share Matomo data with third parties.
